Tension and compression load cells have capacity range from 5kg, 50kg, 300kg, 1000kg, 3 ton to 20 ton. Strain gauge load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
After purchasing one ATO load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Tips: How to select load cells?
The selection of the load cell quantity is decided according to the application of the electronic weighing instrument, the number of points required to be supported of the scale (the number of points should be determined according to the principle that the geometric gravity center of the scale should coincide with the practical gravity center). Generally, the quantity of the supporting points is exactly the quantity of the load cell. However, as to some special scales, such as the electronic crane scale, only one sensor will be employed. Some electronic-mechanical scales should be decided of the load cell quantity according to the practical conditions.
The selection of the load cell range can be determined according to the comprehensive assessment of the maximum weighing value of the scale, the quantity of the load cell, the dead weight of the scale, the possible generated maximum eccentric load , dynamic load and other factors. Generally, if the measuring range of the load cell is close to the load distributed to each sensor, the weighing accuracy is high. However, in the practical operation, because the load exerted to the sensor still includes the scale dead weight, tare weight, eccentric load and vibratory impulse and so on in addition to the weighed products, factors of several aspects should be considered in selecting the load cell range, so as to ensure the safety and service life of the load cell.
