Tips: How to reduce the pulsation for explosion-proof peristaltic pump?

  1. Under the same flow rate, choose a thinner hose for the explosion-proof peristaltic pump. The smaller the flow per revolution of the used tubing, the smaller the pulsation amplitude.
  2. Use a pulse damper. Use the principle of air compression to absorb the pulsation of explosion-proof peristaltic pump.
  3. Increase the number of rollers of explosion-proof peristaltic pump. Increase the frequency of pulsation and reduce the amplitude of pulsation.
  4. Use 2 pump heads, and stagger the rollers at an angle. Use pulsation cross complement to eliminate pulsation.
  5. Adopt back pressure. Output pulling force, deform the pump tubing, so as to absorb the pulsation of explosion-proof peristaltic pump.
