Features
- The linear slide guide rail adopts synchronous belt transmission, high speed, equipped with servo motor up to 2000mm/s, repeat accuracy ±0.04, especially suitable for high-speed linear motion requirements.
- The belt driven linear slide is a semi-enclosed linear motion system, which is mainly composed of aluminum body, guide rail, diagonal bearing holder, cover plate, slide block and other components.
- Linear slide guide rail uses corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy as the base. A high-precision linear guide pair is installed in the base. The aluminum alloy motion base is installed on the slide block. The middle part of motion seat is connected with the nut of ball screw.
- Motor of the motorized linear slide drives the sliding table to reciprocate through the ball screw rod.
- The diagonal bearing holder ensures the repeatability and positioning accuracy of motion seat. The aluminum alloy cover is installed on the motion base for overall protection.

Tips: The transmission difference between ball screw driven and belt driven of linear slide.
- Ball screw driven linear slide. The ball screw is driven to roll by the motor through coupling or synchronous belt wheel, thereby pushing the slider fixed on the linear guide to move forward and backward.
- Ball screw has the characteristics of high positioning precision, low friction, high rigidity, and strong load capacity.
- Speed of the ball screw depends on the speed of motor and the lead of screw. At the same motor output speed, the larger the screw lead, the faster the linear slide moves.
- Belt driven linear slide: The automatic wheel of synchronous belt is driven by the motor to roll, so that the belt drives the slider on the linear guide to move back and forth. Belt driven linear slide has the characteristics of low noise and fast moving speed. Its speed can generally be higher than that of a ball screw. But the positioning accuracy of belt driven linear slide is lower than that of ball screw.
