Features

  • The linear slide is a fully enclosed linear motion system, which is mainly composed of an aluminum body, a diagonal bearing holder, a cover plate, a slide block and other components.
  • Linear slide guide rail uses corrosion-resistant, high-strength aluminum alloy as the base. A high-precision linear guide pair is installed in the base. The aluminum alloy motion base is installed on the slide block. The middle part of motion seat is connected with the nut of ball screw.
  • Motor of the motorized linear slide drives the sliding table to reciprocate through the ball screw rod.
  • The diagonal bearing holder ensures the repeatability and positioning accuracy of motion seat.
  • The flexible stainless steel is sealed, and on the motion seat, the whole linear motion system can meet the requirements of dust-free level.

Tips: Accuracy expression of ball screw driven linear slide.

  • Absolute positioning accuracy. This is the distance from zero move to the set distance set by the ball screw driven linear slide. For example, set a motion of 100mm, and use a grating ruler to detect how much the actual movement is. Comparing the difference between the set value and the actual value, the absolute positioning accuracy can be obtained. For example, if the actual movement is 99.98mm, the absolute positioning accuracy is 0.02mm.
  • Repeat positioning accuracy. This is the average value of each one-way arrival recorded by dial gauge when the ball screw driven linear slide repeats reciprocating motion several times. For example, set to start from 0, move 300mm, reciprocate 3 times, and the measured results are 300.02/300.01/300.02 respectively. Take the average of the 2 digits after the decimal point, and get: (0.02 + 0.01 + 0.02)/ 3 = 0.016mm, which is the repeat positioning accuracy.
  • Parallelism of walking. This is the error value between the ball screw driven linear slide and the bottom reference plate. Generally, the ball screw driven linear slide is placed on the high-precision marble channel and fixed, and then the dial indicator is placed on the slide. Push the slide to the full distance and see how much the dial indicator and the marble channel are beating. This error is the parallelism of walking.
