Tips for maintaining a pneumatic actuated ball valve

  1. Check whether the filter, pressure reducing valve and lubricator are normal, and observe whether the air pressure is 0.3 ~ 0.8MPa.
  2. Observe whether there is air leakage in the pneumatic actuator, especially at the connection of the valve stem and the cover at both ends.
  3. Check whether the positioner works normally and whether there is air leakage.
  4. Check whether the fixing screws of all connecting parts are tight.
  5. Try to avoid too much floating ash covering the actuator, and keep the working environment clean.
