The essential difference lies in the structure of the valve body. The one-piece type is fixed by a plug head, which is very convenient and practical for maintenance. The two-piece type is more common. The two-piece valve body clamps the ball to fix it, but it is more troublesome to maintain. The tightness of the screw in the middle is very important. The switch cannot be tightened, and the steam will leak if it is loose. The three-piece ball valve is similar to the two-piece ball valve, but there is an extra valve body in the middle of the ball, which is clamped by flanges with necks on both sides.
