The 1-axis/2-axis inclinometer sensor outputs CANopen signal, maximum measuring angle can select from ±10°~±90°. The tilt angle sensor has high seismic performance (>2000g) and direct lead interface, which is the best instrument for industrial use.
Features
- The single axis/dual axis inclinometer sensor is specially designed for applications of industrial field control. It has reliable and stable performance and good scalability, suitable for various harsh industrial control environments.
- Inclinometer tilt sensors use industrial standard isolated CAN transceiver, built-in high-precision 16 bit A/D differential converter, which can measure the tilt and pitch angle of the sensor output relative to the horizontal plane through a 5-order filtering algorithm.
- Due to the built-in high-precision digital temperature sensor, the inclinometer sensor can correct the temperature drift according to the temperature value change, ensuring the high repeatability of the tilt sensor, in low and high temperature environments.
- The output response frequency standard of the inclinometer sensor can reach 18Hz. If you need a higher response frequency, you can contact us for customization.

Inclinometer Sensor Installation Direction Diagram
The installation must guarantee the inclinometer sensor bottom is parallel to measured face, and reduce the influence of dynamic and acceleration to the tilt sensor. This inclinometer sensor can be installed horizontally or mounted vertically, for installation please refer to the following scheme.

Tips: How to install inclinometer sensor correctly?
- The mounting surface of inclinometer sensor and the surface to be measured must be tight, flat and stable. If the installing surface is uneven, it is easy to cause errors in the angle measured by the sensor.
- The axis of inclinometer sensor and the axis to be measured must be parallel. Try not to have an angle between the two axes.
