Tips:
- The electronic parts in the ATO SCARA robot and control box are mostly made of metal, which is sensitive to the humidity of the operating environment. Excessive humidity will accelerate the oxidation of the metal material, resulting in loose structures or poor contact.
- If you use volatile cleaners to wipe the robot or control box, be sure to pay attention to the temperature and power supply of the machine to avoid fire.
- If you feel abnormal during the movement of the SCARA robot, immediately press the emergency stop button. When the emergency stop button is pressed, the control system will stop the arm operation in the shortest time. The emergency stop button is used in an emergency. During normal operation of the arm, do not press the emergency stop switch at will. If you press the emergency button during the exercise, it may cause damage to the robot arm hardware, etc.
- The robot arm uses single-phase 220V voltage, which will cause personal injury or death if leakage or accidental contact occurs.
