All operations of the massage chair is realized by the built-in massage chair linear actuator, which is controlled by electric power after power-on. The electric lift and massage chair can control the rising and falling angle of the backrest of the sofa through the falling and rising buttons on the button, so as to provide a suitable angle for people to relax.
- Adopt 24V DC current as the power supply.
- Adopt 24V permanent magnet DC motor as the driving power source.
- After supplying 24V DC current to the motor, the motor rotates, and has level-1 speed reduction through the motor worm and turbine.
- Fix one nut on the inner pipe. After revolving the screw rod, the nut advances and retreats on the screw rod, so as to carry forward and backward the inner pipe.
- Through switching the positive and negative poles of the 24V DC current, the motor will rotate forward or backward, so as to carry forward and backward the inner pipe.
- Through changing the thread distance of the screw rod and nut, the thrust and speed of the rod can be changed, so as to promote the electrical lift and massage chair to realize the complicated actions.
