Working principle of the electric winch: The electric motor of the electric winch is driven by the battery on the vehicle, it transmits the power to the mechanical transmission device, and then drives the winch drum to rotate and wind the cable. The initial design carrying capacity of a cable determines its diameter and length. The cable is wound on a winch drum and passed through the cable guide. The ends of the rope are looped to connect the anchors. The winch reel is a cylindrical device wrapped around a cable. It is driven by a motor and can change its direction of rotation under the control of a remote controller. When using a winch with a certain angle requirement, the cable guide will guide the rope around the winch drum, and can reduce the danger that the winch bracket or bumper may cause when the cable is recycled. It is often fixed outside the winch bracket or bumper.
The transmission mechanism is composed of planetary gears, which converts the energy generated by the motor into powerful traction. The design of the drive system makes the electric winch light and compact.
