Tips: Insulating bush of thermocouple
There must have favorable insulation between two pieces of thermode. And the insulating bush is just used to prevent short circuit of the two pieces of thermode. Various insulating materials have their own limitations, thus they must be selected according to temperature measurement and characteristics of insulating materials. For the convenience of usage, insulating materials are often made into round or oval shape tubular insulating bush, and structures include single-hole, double hole, four-hole and other specifications.
B type thermocouple assembles with protection head and corundum thermowell, should use wooden case for packing. Its thermo wire diameter is Ф0.5mm. B type thermocouple has the best performence and longest life. It can directly measure the temperature in the range of 0~1600 ℃ in various production processes.
