Tips: Protection class of magnetostrictive sensor
Protection class of magnetostrictive sensor is IP65. It indicates that dustproof class is completely preventing from invasion of dust, there is no influence if spraying water towards all directions of the shell. IP67 indicates protecting against dust suction (overall contact protection, protection against dust infiltration); protecting against transient soaking (anti-soaking). if there is water drop in the site environment, the user is advised to deal with waterproof protection. IP69 indicates that the sensor can bear the hot steam flushing test defined in EN 60529 and DIN 40050-9 and protection of water pressure of 100 bar(1450 psi) and temperature of 80℃ can be provided.
Aluminum alloy rail type magnetostrictive displacement transducer for measuring linear displacement, external installation, compact structure, easy to use, good security, suitable for packing machine and other CNC machinery worked in large vibration.
