Tips: What is the repeated accuracy, nonlinearity degree and resolution ratio of magnetostrictive sensor?
Repeated accuracy: Indicating the difference value output by the sensor if measuring along the stroke and when the magnet reaches the same location repeatedly along the same direction.
Nonlinearity degree: Along the measuring stroke of the sensor, there is difference between the positon display value and true value by the position magnet. In magnetostrictive displacement sensor, such change is caused by the nonlinearity of signal transmission of waveguide medium. Nonlinearity is usually presented by the percentage of absolute error or effective stroke.
Resolution ratio: The displacement represented by the last digit of measurement output value of magnetostrictive sensor.
