- Power factor of inductive load is above 0.4 (AC). The time constant is below 7ms (DC).
- The inrush current of lamp load is 10 times that of steady state current, and the inrush current of motor load is 6 times that of steady state current.
Dimension (unit: mm):

Note: In the diagram, OP means operation position, at which the external force is applied to the drive lever to make the movable contact just operating from the state of the free position. PT means pretravel, the distance the drive rod moves from the free position to the operation position.
Tips: 6 mechanical considerations for limit switches
- To ensure a high degree of reliability, limit switch must be used within a suitable contact force range.
- When using normally closed circuit (NC), the setting of the operating object must ensure that the actuator can return to the free position. In addition, when using normally open circuit (NO), the actuator must be pressed to 70~100% of the specified value of the over travel (OT) (60~80% of the total travel (TT)) in order to absorb minute oscillations and errors.
- If the stroke is set near the operating position (OP) and return position (RP), it may cause contact instability. In addition, if it is setting at the total travel position (TTP), the actuator and built-in switch may be damaged due to the inertia of the operating object, so adjust the stroke using the mounting plate and the operating object.
- If the actuator is often in pressed condition, it will cause initial failure and poor reset. Please maintain and replace it regularly.
- About the mechanical conditions at the time of limit switch selection - The actuator must be selected according to the operation mode. Please confirm the operating speed and operating frequency.
- When the operation speed is extremely slow, the switching of the contacts will be unstable, which may cause problems such as poor contact or welding.
- When the operation speed is extremely fast, and the impact force of the action may destroy the switch. If the frequency is too high, the contacts may not be able to switch in time, so please do not use it beyond the specified frequency.
- Please do not apply excessive force to the drive rod. Damage or poor activity may result. Set the stroke within the appropriate range for each model. Use beyond the range, may break the limit switch.
There are two types of high temperature top plunger limit switch, one has a sealed top ball plunger and the other has a sealed top plunger without ball. The top plunger can reset automatically. High temperature limit switch can be used in the environment temperature 350℃ (622℉). The rated current and voltage are customizable, such as 10A/120VAC, 2A/48VDC, etc. The default value is 5A/220VAC. It also has fully enclosed 1NO + 1NC contact switches, which is casting from high temperature resistant material.
