Tips: How to extend service life of the hydraulic triple gear pump?
- Use a kerosene brush to clean the gear surface of hydraulic triple gear pump, and then use a whetstone to clean up the debris left during boring.
- Be careful not to install the right-handed pump on the left-handed pump, otherwise the skeleton oil seal of hydraulic triple gear pump will be damaged.
- Before installing the pump cover, pour a small amount of hydraulic oil into the housing of the hydraulic triple gear pump, and turn the meshing gear by hand.
- After installing the hydraulic triple gear pump, before tightening bolts, check whether the gap between the pump cover and pump body is between 0.3~0.6mm. If the gap is too small, replace the large sealing ring. After all installations are completed, check to make sure that the rotation is flexible and no jamming.
- When oil leaks from the inlet and outlet ports of hydraulic triple gear pump, use sandpaper to flatten the joint surface of the two, and replace the appropriate sealing rings. Polish the chamfered burr of the threaded connection port with a whetstone, and replace the intact sealing ring (pad). It is strictly forbidden to wind it with various types of sealant and raw material tape.
