• Hydraulic tandem gear pump uses high-strength aluminum alloy shell and alloy steel hard gear transmission, which is light in weight and stable in transmission.
• Installation of the hydraulic tandem gear pump is SAE 2-bolt standard flange. Input shaft connection is woodruff key. Connection type of the oil inlet and outlet ports is thread.
• Hydraulic tandem gear pump has an automatic compensation mechanism for axial and radial clearances, which enables the oil pump to maintain high volumetric efficiency and high mechanical efficiency for a long time.

Tips: Reasons for insufficient oil or no oil pressure of the 20 GPM hydraulic tandem gear pump.

1. Oil level of the hydraulic oil tank in 20 GPM hydraulic tandem gear pump is too low.
2. The use of hydraulic oil does not meet the seasonal requirements.
3. The oil inlet pipe of 20 GPM hydraulic tandem gear pump is seriously blocked by dirt.

5. O-ring of the oil inlet and outlet joints or elbow joints is damaged. The fastening bolts of the elbow joints or the oil inlet and outlet pipe nuts are not fastened, causing air to enter the hydraulic system.

7. End face of the 20 GPM hydraulic tandem gear pump or end face of the main and auxiliary gear sleeves is worn, and the unevenness of the end faces of the two shaft sleeves is out of tolerance.
8. 20 GPM hydraulic tandem gear pump internal parts assembly error, causing internal leakage.
9. Left-handed and right-handed installation reversed, breaking the skeleton oil seal.
