4 tips for using a control transformer

  1. See the connection terminal of the transformer before wiring: When the primary voltage is 220V, connect it to the 220V power line. When the primary voltage is 380V, connect it to the 380V AC power supply. Never connect 380V power line to 220V terminal.
  2. The secondary voltage terminal of the control transformer shall correspond to the controlled load voltage. If it is an indicator light, it should be connected with a voltage of 6.3V, and the low-voltage lighting bulb of the machine tool should be connected with a voltage of 36V. If it is an AC contactor coil of the machine tool, it needs to use a voltage of 127V, it should be connected with a voltage terminal of 127V.
  3. The control transformer shall be installed in a dry place to avoid vibration and damage to its internal structure.
  4. During the use of the control transformer, the load shall not be short circuited, and the power of the load shall not exceed the capacity of the control transformer.
