Tips: Notice of circular connector
Fully learn about the circular connector and get familiar with its operation method to ensure correct operation. For the circular connector without the function of mistake prevention, mark it with color code or label, or verify its model before connection to ensure the correct location in connection. Especially prevent the wrong connection of plug with contact pin & socket with contact pin, in case of damaging circular connector and accidental circular contact. It should be ensured that in the connection of circular connector, color ring or warning sound are in place. The special occasions unfavorable for examination should be noted in the corresponding operation procedures and examined through sight glass.
In the termination of circular connector, strictly obey end connection regulations or requirements and don't make mistakes on the serial numbers of connection point. The biggest thickness of insulating layer of cable should match with distance of contacts. The cable core should match with the termination of contact. When striding wires and combining wires between contacts, the diameter of multi-stranded cable should be considered, and the striding wires and combining wires should be prevented between crimping holes of contacts.
