The quarter-turn electric valve actuators are used to control 0-90° rotating valves and other similar products, such as butterfly valves, ball valves, dampers, plug valves, louver valves, etc. It works at the voltage DC 24V, AC 110V, AC 220V, or AC 380V. The multi-turn electric valve actuator is a mechanism that can perform linear and rotary motions. Under the signal control, it can complete various tasks accurately. Therefore, many large-scale automation devices now are equipped with excellent multi-turn electric actuator. What are the important components of the multi-turn electric actuator?

1. Electric motor
The electric motor is the main component in the multi-turn electric actuator for power supply. Single-phase motors and three-phase AC motors are adopted. The motors have a relatively high starting torque, and small starting current and moment of inertia, so they have the ideal compliance characteristics to provide a stable power source for multi-turn electric actuators.

2. Reducer
The reducer in the multi-turn electric actuator is a component to slow down the mechanical movement speed. The reducer has not only a planetary reducer but also a worm gear drive mechanism. 3. Protection device
