Tips: Portable diesel generator maintenance

The routine maintenance cycle of small and portable diesel generator set is divided into daily, weekly, semi annual and annual maintenance. These Regulations are detailed in the general instructions. The maintenance personnel can ensure the normal operation of small diesel generator set as long as they comply with them.

If the unit is usually only in no-load or light load trial operation, and the load is more than 5% of the rated load, the unit shall be started for at least 4 hours a year.
