Tips for using air chain hoist

  • The air chain hoist shall not lift and unload heavy objects from the side, and it is forbidden to use overload.
  • Avoid obstructions within the operator's walking range and routes where heavy objects pass
  • When using, please fix the workpiece firmly. Keep hands and rags away from the rotating parts.
  • In the process of use, the operator should check whether the wire rope is randomly buckled, knotted, grooved, worn, etc., and if it occurs, it should be eliminated in time.
  • Do not artificially use the limiter to stop the lifting of heavy objects or stop the operation of the equipment in daily work.
  • The up and down, left and right directions of the manual buttons should be accurate and sensitive, and the motor and reducer should have no abnormal noise.
  • Special maintenance personnel should be set up to check the main performance and safety status of the pneumatic chain hoist once a week, and find faults and eliminate them in time.
  • After the work is completed, turn off the main air power switch and cut off the main air power supply.
