Tips: ATO high pressure regenerative blower buying tips

  1. Before selecting a high pressure regenerative blower, you must fully consider the type, standard, special purpose of various regenerative blowers, the development and promotion of new regenerative blowers, etc., and also fully consider the requirements of environmental protection in order to purchase the best vortex blowers. Choose blowers for different purposes: If you transport explosive and flammable gases, you should choose explosion-proof vortex blowers. Dust exhaust or pulverized coal vortex blowers should be selected when exhausting dust or transporting pulverized coal. Anti-corrosion vortex blowers should be selected when transporting corrosive gases. High-temperature vortex blowers should be selected when working in high-temperature situations or when transporting high-temperature gases.
  2. Depending on the physical and chemical properties of the air transported by the high pressure blowers. The one with higher power, smaller machine number, and larger adjustment plan should be selected first.
  3. Assuming that the diameter of the selected blower impeller is much larger than that of the original blower, it is necessary to calculate the recommended time of the motor, the strength of the original parts of the blower, and the critical speed of the shaft.

When series connection is selected, there should be a certain piping combination between the first-stage blower and the second-stage blower.
