Tips: How important the digital display controller is in load cell applications?

Digital display controller, known as digital panel meter, is an electronic equipment that converts the signal such as load cell or the weight transmitter into the digital display of the weight, which can store, count and print the weight data. It is commonly used for automated batching and weighing in industrial and agricultural production to improve production efficiency.
As the development of technology, micro-electronic skills are brought in the digital panel meter manufacturing industry, which greatly improves the predictability and accuracy of the display controller and enhances the reliability of it.
Before use, the digital panel meter should be calibrated with the load cell. The calibration is to calibrate the display controller with the standard weight. Calibration coefficients relative to the set of sensors are stored in the calibrated instrument. With these coefficients, the panel meter can convert the analog signal of the load cell into a digital weight display.
