Tips: Structure of magnetic proximity switch
Magnetic proximity switch is a contact sensor. It consists of two alloy reeds with high magnetic conductivity and low coercivity and is sealed in a glass tube filled with inert gas. A certain amount of overlap and proper clearance are maintained between the two reeds. The ends are gold-plated as contacts and the leads are welded outside the tube. When the magnetic induction intensity of the sensor position is large enough, the two reeds attract each other to make the contact conduction. When the magnetic field weakens to a certain extent, it is released under the action of the spring itself.
Magnetic proximity switch is mainly used for detection when it is driven by a permanent magnet. If used as a limit switch, replacing the travel switch by collision contact, can improve the reliability and service life of the system. In PLC controller, it is often used as a position control signal.
Factory price magnetic proximity sensor, M12 thread, is a hall effect sensor with NPN NO/NC or PNP NO/NC signal output, flush installation type, 12mm detection distance, yellow LED indicator. This hall magnetic switch provides long sensing ranges that can reliably detect magnetic objects.
