Note | 1. All parameters NOT specially mentioned are measured at 230V AC input, rated load and 25°C of ambient temperature. 2. Ripple & noise are measured at 20MHz of bandwidth by using a 12" twisted pair-wire terminated with a 0.1uf & 47uf parallel capacitor. 3. Tolerance includes set up tolerance, line regulation and load regulation. 4. The switching power supply is considered a component which will be installed into final equipment. Please make sure that the final equipment still meets EMC directives. |

Tips: Why should users connect switching power supply to ground?
Ground wiring was introduced as a protective measure to prevent electric or electronic devices from thunder strike. It aims to lead current generated by thunderbolt to ground, so as to protect buildings. At the same time, ground wiring is an effective means to protect personal safety. When phase lines get connected to shells of devices because of certain reasons (such as defective insulation or aging lines), shells of devices will generate voltage which could endanger people's life. However, the current generated by defects of devices can be introduced to ground by PE to protect personal safety. With development of digital communication and other digital areas, functions of ground wiring have stepped beyond its original portfolio of lightning and safety protection. In communication systems, interconnection of devices requires a place to be the benchmark. Electronic devices are becoming more complicated and their signal frequency appears much higher, so noise in signal communication and electromagnetic compatibility must be attached importance. Improper ground wiring may have negative influence on reliability and stability on system operation. Recently, backflow of high-speed signals also introduced the concept of ground wiring.
Cheap and reliable 24V DC switching power supply with rated power 60W and rated current 2.5A can convert full range AC power to DC, easy to install in DIN rail mount. High quality SMPS can keep the voltage stability with short circuit, overload and overvoltage protection, widely used in LED light strips, communication equipment, electrical devices, etc.
