Tips: The difference between VFD and frequency converter

  1.  Variable frequency drive conforms to the speed regulation characteristics of the motor. One single set of VFD can only be equipped with one motor, so that it can not be used as the power source.
  2.  Frequency converter simulates the power grid to supply electricity, and is superior to the grid quality.
  3.  The VFD output the impulse wave, has high harmonic wave but no sine wave, which can cause the abnormality of the load control circuit.
  4.  The output of AC frequency converter equipped with isolation transformer, inductance, and capacitor filtering, outputs pure sine wave.
