Inverter belongs to switching power supply in a broad sense, so its components can be basically divided into resistors, capacitors, diodes, power devices (IGBT or MOS), inductors and transformers, current sensors, IC, optocouplers, relays and so on.

The service life of thin film capacitors is more than 100,000 hours; the lifespan of electrolytic capacitors is generally 2000-3000 hour at 105℃, and the longer one is only 5000-6000 hours, but with the temperature decreasing by 10℃, the lifespan turns over.
