Precautions

  1. Main circuit adopts 3-phase 4-wire input, no phase sequence is required.
  2. SCR is high current product, please be sure to lock the (R.S.T) and (U.V.W) terminals, otherwise the terminals will heat up and the SCR will burn out.
  3. When using 3-phase load Y type connection, the center point of Y must be connected to zero line. If the center line of Y is not connected to zero line, the 3-phase load needs to be relatively balanced.
  4. When using the module, if load power is greater than 15kW, it is recommended to use a suitable heat sink, and apply thermal silicone grease between the heat sink and the SCR base plate, and use air cooling. When power is greater than 15kW, be sure to strengthen the use of heat sink.
  5. Module protection: Please use semiconductor fast fuse for load overcurrent protection.
