6 tips for using signal relay
- Do not remove the shell of the signal relay lest the performance cannot be retained.
- Use the signal relay in the normal temperature and humidity environment without dust, SO2, H2S or other organic gas, because high humidity is easy to accelerate the corrosion of the signal relay structural parts and dust is easy to make its contact failure.
- Do not power on the set and reset coils at the same time.
- Do not continuously apply more than the maximum allowable voltage.
- Generally, when the ambient temperature does not exceed the specified range in the specification, the signal relay can work normally. When the actual ambient temperature is slightly higher than the maximum value, it is necessary to contact a technician to determine whether the signal relay can be used normally according to the load situation.
- The external dimensions of signal relays have certain tolerances. Therefore, it is recommended to design the circuit and the installation clearance according to the maximum size specified in the manual.
