Tips: DC contactor working principle
When the contactor coil powers on, the coil current generates a magnetic field, which makes the static iron core to produce magnetic adhesion and then suck the moving iron core, thus driving the movable contact to move. Normally closed contact disconnects and normally open contact closes, the two are linked. When the coil powers on, magnetic adhesion disappears, the armature releases under the effect of retracting spring, thus restoring the contact: Normally open contact disconnects while the normally closed contact closes.
DC contactor should be used in the DC power loop, such as the DC oil pump. This motor is used to guarantee the oil supply of turbine system at the time of power outage, both of its main circuit and auxiliary circuit are DC, so is the contactor.
