- Regular inspection

- Keep it clean
Keep the contact surface of the DC contactor clean and do not allow any greasy dirt. When small metal beads are attached to the contact surface due to arc ablation, it should be removed in time. If the contact has worn out, it should be adjusted in time to eliminate the excessive size. If the thickness of the contact is only 1/3, it should be replaced in time.
- Do not remove the arc cover
The DC contactor is not allowed to be used with the arc extinguishing cover removed, because in this way, the DC contactor may cause a short circuit accident due to the arc interconnection when the contacts are disconnected.
