Tips: How to deal with the overheating of the contacts and contacts of the load isolating switch?

When the contacts and contacts of the isolation switch are found to be overheated, first report to the dispatch, try to reduce or transfer the load, strengthen the monitoring, and then deal with it according to the different wiring.
1. Double bus wiring. If a busbar side switch is overheated, pass the inverted busbar, remove the overheated isolating switch from operation, and power off for maintenance.
2. Single bus wiring. It is necessary to reduce its load, strengthen monitoring, and take measures to cool down, and if conditions permit, stop using it as much as possible.
3. The available bypass circuit breaker with a bypass circuit breaker can be switched.
4. If the line-side isolating switch is overheated, the treatment method is basically the same as that of the single busbar, and power outage maintenance should be arranged as soon as possible. During the maintenance period, the load should be reduced and monitoring should be strengthened.
5. One and a half circuit breaker connections can be operated in open loop.
6. For the overheated contacts and contacts of the bus-side isolating switch, after the isolating switch is opened, the on-site inspection can meet the safety distance of live working, and the bus-side down-conductor connector can be electrolyzed and then processed.
