Features

Ozone gas detector adopts high precision sensor for accurate gas leak detection.
Ozone gas detector is equipped with 3-wire system 4-20mA analog output, relay output, RS485 output (optional).
The O₃ gas detector is compatible with various controlled alarms, PLC, DCS and other control system, and can be remote monitored.
Explosion-proof design, fast, relaible and stable.
Infrared ray controller can remote control the alarm point settings, zero calibration, and address modification.
Two-stage alarm with sound and light, and the alarm point is settable.
The Ozone gas detector has self-calibration function, and three standard keys will be used to realize on-site maintenance.

Tips: Common faults of ozone gas detector.

If the ozone gas detector cannot be turned on, it is because the voltage is too low. The solution method is to connect the power supply or charge in time.
Indication value of the ozone gas detector is inaccurate, which is caused by the long-term uncalibrated detector and the sensor overtime. The solution is to replace the sensor.
When there is no O₃ gas, interface of the ozone gas detector displays a value, which is caused by the drift of sensor, so the zero point calibration should be carried out in time.
If the normal detection interface of the ozone gas detector displays full scale, it is caused by a sensor failure. Replace the sensor in time
If the sensor of O₃ gas detector drifts too much and the zero point calibration function is not available, the sensor should be calibrated or replaced in time.
Ozone gas detector does not respond to the detected O₃. The possible cause is a circuit failure or the end of the life of the sensor. The treatment method is timely maintenance.
