Tips: What is ATO thermal dispersion flow switch?

The ATO thermal dispersion flow switch is designed based on the principle that the temperature change of the probe produces a difference. A self-heating sensor and two thermal sensors are built in the probe, and the probe is in contact with the medium. When the thermal dispersion flow switch is working, the self-heating sensor emits constant heat. When there is no medium flowing in the pipeline, the heat received by the thermal sensor is a constant value. When there is a medium flowing in the pipeline, the heat received by the thermal sensor will change with the flow rate of the medium. The thermal sensor converts the temperature difference signal into an electrical signal. When the flow rate reaches a certain set point, the thermal flow switch outputs signal.

The thermal dispersion flow switch has the advantages of no movable parts, can be switched at very low flow, withstand high pressure, and can be used for pipes of different nominal diameters. Part of the thermal dispersion flow switch also has the function of simulating and displaying the flow. The thermal dispersion liquid flow switch can be used to monitor the flow rate of the fluid in the pipeline, monitor the flow interruption or prevent the idling of the pump. Thermal dispersion flow switches are widely used in various industries where it is necessary to monitor the flow rate of fluid in the pipeline or protect important equipment when the liquid flow fails, such as protecting water pumps, monitoring lubricating oil circuits, refrigeration and heating circuits, monitoring pipeline rupture, monitoring leakage, etc.
