Delivery date: 6-12 days

Buy a 20 hp vertical centrifugal pump with 65m3/h maximum flow, 46m minimum head, 53.5m maximum head and 80mm inlet and outlet diameter online. It can be used for long-distance water delivery, pipeline pressurization, high-rise building pressurized water supply, etc.

Features:

  • The centrifugal pump has a vertical structure, and its inlet and outlet have the same diameter. The inlet and outlet are on the same centerline so that they can be installed in the pipeline like a valve. If a protective cover is added, it can be used in the open air.
  • Easy to install and maintain. There is no need to dismantle the piping system, just remove the connecting flat nut of the vertical pump. All rotor parts can then be removed.
  • The vertical pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of the piping system.
  • Vertical centrifugal pumps can be run in series or in parallel according to the requirements of flow and head.

Tips: Centrifugal pump troubleshooting

Trouble: bearing heat

Possible reasons:

  1. Excessive lubricating oil, the grease of the bearing tank is completely filled or the oil level is too high, resulting in the excessive stirring of the grease to produce a high temperature.
  2. Insufficient lubricating oil, too low oil level, insufficient lubrication, heat generated by friction, bearing housing lubricant should fill 1/3 of the bearing space.
  3. Lubricating oil deteriorates.
  4. The gland is locked too tight, causing the bearing rotor to not rotate freely.
  5. There is a gap between the bearing housing and the outer diameter of the bearing, causing the outer ring of the bearing to slip in the hole of the bearing housing.

Solution: Fill with the lubrication oil or replace the bearing.
