The heating of the output reactor is mainly a problem of the core material. Because the frequency of the high-order harmonic current is very high in the output current, and the hysteresis loop of the ordinary silicon steel sheet cannot adapt to the high-frequency magnetic field, the iron loss is large, which causes the iron core to heat up. solution:
1. Wind the three output wires on the high-frequency core in the same direction to replace the output reactor. If the output line is thick and difficult to wind on the core, three output lines can be passed through multiple cores at the same time.
2. Connect the above-mentioned self-made high frequency inductance in series with the output reactor, which can alleviate the heat of the three-phase output reactor.
