Tips: Common faults and solutions of the circuit breaker

  1. The circuit breaker is unable to be switched on
    Reason: The under-voltage release has no voltage of the power supply and it is not connected. When the intelligent controller acts, the red button on the upper part of the controlling panel is not reset. The operating mechanism has no energy accumulation. The SRW45 circuit breaker body in the drawer type is not in the "connected" or "test" position. "The key lock of the off-position" is in the locked status.
    Elimination method: Inspect the circuit and connect the power supply of the voltage release. Press the reset button, enable the mechanism to reserve energy manually or electrically; shake the circuit breaker body to the "connected" or "set" position with a crank handle, unbolt the lock with the special key.
  2. The circuit breaker can not reserve energy electrically
    Reason: The electrical operating mechanism is not connected with the power supply of the power capacity is not enough.
    Elimination method: Inspect the circuit and connect with the power supply. The operating voltage must be higher than 85% Ue.
  3. Frequent trip of the circuit breaker
    Reason: The circuit breaker has trip because of the overload protection caused by the overload operation and it switches on once again because the overload thermal memory function is not outage and removed in time.
    Elimination method: Cut off the power supply of the controller or switch on the circuit breaker once again after 30min.
