AC magnetic reversing contactor with mechanical interlock is suitable for using in the circuits (rated voltage 24V, 36V, 48V to 380V AC 50Hz or 60Hz). The mechanical interlock is an interference type which locks at the beginning of the stroke of any AC contactor.

Tips: Mechanical interlock AC contactor wiring
Mechanical interlock means that two AC reversing contactors cannot be closed at the same time. It is generally used in the motor forward and reverse circuit. If the two AC contactors are closed at the same time, a short circuit between the power phases will occur. The electrical interlock wiring is: the normally closed contact of the contactor is connected in series with the coil circuit of the contactor, and the normally closed contact of the contactor is connected in series with the coil circuit required for contact. However, if the contacts of a contactor are welded, the electrical interlock will fail. Therefore, contactors with mechanical interlocks must be used for places with strict requirements. The two contactors insert their respective auxiliary normally closed contact reserves into the other's control circuit and lock each other so that the two contactors cannot be closed at the same time. This circuit is relatively simple. The general principle is to ensure that the motor cannot be turned on when the motor is rotating in the forward direction, and it cannot be turned on when the motor is rotating in the reverse direction. Short-circuit, so it is necessary to add a lock in the loop, and then it is required to stop the motor operation at any time regardless of reverse or forward rotation. Therefore, the stop button must be connected in series and the button must be connected in parallel.
4 pole normally open mechanical interlocking AC contactor is a combination of two reversing contactor and a mechanical interlock, coil rated voltage from 24V AC, 36V, 48V to 380V, rated operational current 25 amp, which meets IEC standard.
